Meet Yair Gomez Romero!
A hispanic first-generation student in his second year majoring in exercise science with a concentration in pre-clinical.听
You may see him around campus as an orientation leader, on our socials as part of the social media team, or playing on the field with... our club soccer team!
One of Yair鈥檚 favorite parts about college has been taking advantage of many opportunities provided here at WOU. He wants to make and be the difference in this world by helping people in need and inspiring others.听
Yair鈥檚 quote of the day: 鈥淵ou will never feel ready because being ready is not a feeling, it鈥檚 a decision.鈥澨�
Yair鈥檚 favorite place to grab a bite to eat off campus is at Casa Burrito.听
He chose to attend WOU after seeing the success his uncle Aaron found during his own experience at WOU back in 2012. The Romero family has been running with the pack since way back!
